Most orders will have a tracking number and we will provide that after shipping your items. For a few orders (less than 5 masks) that fin in a small envelope you will receive a notification on the USPS expected delivery date.

It may take between 2-7 business days (in the US), that really depends on where you are. We do our best to ship all orders within one business day and we ship from California.

If you need to change a size or style after you place your order, an email on the same day is best.

Please take photos of any damaged items so we can best handle this with USPS. Please return the damaged item and we will send you a replacement.

Please contact us and return items to the address on the package sent to you.

We will contact you and let you know we have received your return and that your refund will be issued over PayPal.
